Gary Bot is designed with privacy in mind and only collects the data required for its features to work. Data processing is limited to the following:

• Garycoin Economy & Games: Commands such as /balance, /dailycoins, /pay, /profile, /slots, and /coinflip require us to store your Discord User ID along with your Garycoin balance, rank, last daily-claim time, and win/loss/bet totals. This data is stored for any server where these commands are used, not only the official support server.
• Counting Game: The /counting game stores per-server counting statistics (such as correct/incorrect counts) linked to your Discord User ID, and per-server settings such as the configured channel and current count.
• Support Server Synchronization: In our official support server (ID: 1170806872341741648), the bot additionally processes User IDs and Discord Roles. This is used solely to synchronize the internal ranking system with the server hierarchy.
• Message Content: Gary Bot does not store the content of your messages. Commands are processed in real time.
• Data Retention: Economy, game, and rank-related data is stored only as long as necessary for those features to function.

Third-Party Services

Some commands query third-party APIs to fetch content — for example, /cat retrieves images from TheCatAPI. These requests do not include any personally identifiable information. All other interactions with the bot are managed within Discord, and no personal data is transferred to external services.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
